No it doesn't need a redesign... That interior is one of the most intuitive and comfortable in the class...

It could use a slight redesign to the center console to add some leather padding for driver and front passenger knees, like a lot of the competition is starting to do and like you see on the new wagoneer and grand Cherokee L. Jeep's do have really nice seats though

I just bought a used 2021 just like this one, only difference is mine is a maroon/dark red color and I don’t have the super high end name brand stereo system with a subwoofer in the back, but I have all the features, bells and whistles including the panoramic sunroof, 3.2L V6, all LED lights front and back, and pretty much the same everything else inside and out👌🏾 I love this damn jeep and have had no issues with it at all and the ride is super smooth when all your tires are equally at the right tire pressure.

Well we leased one of the 80th Editions the other day... We've had Jeeps since I believe it was maybe 1985..once the Cherokees changed their original style (broke my heart!!) we went on to the Compasses...Loved the first 3 but the last two were not as great --very loud and rougher rides -- but I wasn't going to anything other then a Jeep!! Grand Cherokees are too big for me, (so we only had one) and the only model we didn't have was the Liberty. We had the model that was real boxy, the Wrangler, the wood sided model as well. Obsessed? Maybe. Well I am very disappointed to find that the 80th Ed doesn't have a lift assist for the tailgate!!?? Jeez, even my Compasses had it! You showed it but mine doesn't have it. My vehicle is used to transport my almost 90 yr old Mom & her wheelchair everywhere... and not having the automatic open/close tail gate is a terrible thing not to have. You showed it on KZbin so I expected to have it! You didn't say it wouldn't be there. Very disappointing (the Cherokee has a heavy/high up tail gate which makes it tough for someone with a bad back/shoulder to put the wheel chair (and probably a few other things) inside. Oh how I wish that this option could be purchased/installed after sale!!

What it needs is a new transmission and a nicer gear selector. Also falls behind in mpg I'd love to see Jeep keep up with RAV4 and CRV

I'm very disappointed with Jeep phoning in the 2021 Trailhawk. Many of the options are gone for 2021. No leather seats, no ventilated seats, no memory seats, no I4 turbo motor, no Trailhawk Elite in USA etc. But for unknown reasons you can have the leather ventilated seats Trailhawk Elite in the Canadian edition. Both cars are made in the same USA factory. I guess that's Okay if you live in the USA and want vinyl seats. Makes no sense. I hope the rumor is true that there's something better coming in 2022.
