i generally post once a day, recently started facebook like campaign going great with just a small budget tried your instagram follower story campaign for followers but thats not going so well. using instagram engagement lookalike and a cold target interest focus for the same money im gettin less link clicks than facebook likes and no doubt not so many of them are even following. Kinda annoying lol but least fb is doing well id kill the insta campaign but its not costing me much and the extra clickthrou's to my IG could still be useful for engagement & possible sales, wish they'd just add an IG follower version though!

I agree! No matter what you do Facebook likes are going to cost a lot less than IG followers - even with the strategy I demonstrated. That shows the power of using the right campaign objective.

u are the first expert ive ever seen advise ppl to post youtube videos on facebook. everyone else says facebook kills the reach of those links

Love your videos and presentation style. I was puzzled however that you were getting the low response you have as I've only just passed 5,000 page likes and regularly get a reach of around 500 with 80-200 likes, loves, etc on posts I haven't even boosted. I am posting once a day and about every 4th post is a video. I have boosted about once a week and done 2 ads. One of my boosted posts got 2.9K likes, loves etc. 30 Comments and 378 Shares. my FB page is only about 6 weeks old.

Thanks a lot. Different industries will have very different engagement rates and things that are very visually will gain more organic traction. Those businesses are definitely the exception and not the rule. BUT if you are getting some organic traction then enjoy it and take advantage of it :)

The main issue I see is you’re linking KZbin videos to your Facebook account & FB hates that & will not show your post unless it gets incredible engagement the first couple hrs

Thanks Eddie - that's a very good point. A lot of social media marketing advice would have you working 24 hours a day. I think it's much better in general to really focus on a couple of things that can make a massive difference - like ad campaigns. And everything else just needs to be taken care of - not obsessed about.

Hi Sunny, good question. Yes I think you should post a lot of the same stuff - I share all my content on both platforms. How often you post really depends on how engaged your audience is and how much time you have to spare. Posting daily or a couple of times a week will be fine for most group owners. But if you want to go the extra mile you can increase that frequency. With a group it's important to remember that engaging with other people's posts is just as important as posting yourself.
