The offside rule has nothing to do with the goalkeeper specifically, its just that he is usually the further man back. but in this situation the goal keeper and defender have swapped roles, and the goal keeper is the "second-last man". Afobe is beyond him, which makes him offside. It's amazing the amount of people who dont fully understand the offside rule
