Burusho people are not a tribe ! We are a diverse people native to Hunza, Nagar and Yasin, bound together by the Burushaski language. It might be more accurate to describe us as an ethnic group, though our kinship systems involve tribes (Burong, Khurakux, etc.) and within those tribes, there are even more clans.
