I was actually at the recording and i knew Siyakha via Idols. She was a front runner on idols until she was discoverd to have signed to a doggy record label and it was a dark time. I think this was her expressing that dark time through prayer to God and telling him how He had saved her. After she sang we stood up for ten minutes or so trying to gather ourselves. My hands were on my head i didn't know what to do with myself. Powerful

I'm South African and the first time I heard this song, I heard her sing one line of this song and was so moved I couldn't continue listening. I paused the song and came back 3 days later when I felt more prepared for her explosively spiritual intercessory traditional and jazzy worship. She gets so lost that she goes into traditional Xhosa sounds in the most spiritual way you have ever heard. And she is anointed and authentic you can't not be moved. It's so deep!
