Not sure what's exposed here really. They did put an effort into cutting the parts which would make sense of this conversation, but I think it's quite obvious and unrevealing. His talk about unbearable striking is relating to response to the terror attacks at the time, and how to prevent them from happening. You could say that this description of how he handled the Oslo accords is sneaky but then again they cut right into his responses without the full conversation hence out of context, and really, what he describes is quite normal, and to some extent obligatory in a politician's role, to not give up any of the people's rights and benefits offered by any contract with the state.
