How does this solve the warmongers in Congress issue? 1 - This move ELIMINATES ALL need for money from for-profit corporations to want to "contribute" to partisan political party election races. 2 - This reform means the corrupt Supreme Court rulings that INVITE corporate money to disenfranchise EVERY U.S. CITIZEN-VOTER/CITIZEN-JUROR from his/her EXCLUSIVE RIGHT to 1 vote for ! CITIZEN-VOTER, by "lobbying" and carrot vs. stick inducement/control of candidates, parties, and seated federal legislators, can be blocked, despite the corrupt rulings such as Buckley v Valejo, Citizens United v Fed. Election Commission, Shelby County, and other similar extreme, politically biased, unreasonable, and non-legal precedent based SCOTUS rulings. 3 - This reform, with accompanying new regulations for NON-PARTISAN Fed. Election Commission, and new law enforcement actions in timely manner during all federal elections, with judgments prior to time of ballot casting - means that the largest profiting individuals and corporations, which are professional war mongers, will be blocked from their normal routes of access and continual corruption of candidates for federal offices, and corruption of sitting federal legislators, and make them subject to criminal and civil charges that could disgorge their entire asset/credit base as punishment for violating basic, reasonable laws against interfering with federal elections.
