Such a wise man. I'm amazed they let him on TV tbh. He expresses view that get people booed off stage but he expresses them in such a beautiful way that you can't help but sympathise, even if you're the kind of moron that can't see propaganda for what it is

Zephaniah was a wonderful person. I used to read his turkey for Christmas poem to my boys. They are young men now and still refer to it every Christmas. RIP Benjamin.

This sounds like a made up anecdote to me. Never in my 1975 to present life have i ever heard anyone apart from a jewish man talk about Germans like this.

@geocarey Жыл бұрын
I had to look it up - based - A word used when you agree with something; or when you want to recognize someone for being themselves, i.e. courageous and unique or not caring what others think. Especially common in online political slang.

Shows that all those hours of Tony Benn explaining why the EU is bad for the working class people.. you didn’t learn a thing.
@geocarey3 жыл бұрын
Well, what we have now with job losses all over the place, I suggest that maybe being in the EU wasn't so bad after all?
@ArtyFactual_Intelligence10 ай бұрын
Tony Benn was more scared of international capital than he had faith in International Socialism and Brotherhood. Sad.
@BionicRasta10 ай бұрын
@@geocareyBut being in the EU wouldn't save job losses, it never did following the 2008 crash or during the Eurozone crisis. Post pandemic & with the Ukraine war driving up inflation we all got hit, with Germany crossing the threshold of being in a recession. It was a major oversight by the EU to import Russian gas which handed Putin influence in Europe. Cutting back spending on NATO another. Whilst its an oversight by successive UK governments to embrace globalisation to rely on imports rather than invest in our manufacturing industry & nuclear energy to become more self sufficient.

One of the main beneficiaries of black privilege, he contributed nothing of any worth to this debate. The sycophantic clapping by the panel on the supposed comment of the second imagined person in the tale about being kill d by Germans is sickening.

People complaining about black privilege, are either too stupid to see their white privilege, too incompetent to benefit from it, or both.
