Honda CRF Wrecked Bike Rebuild

What up guys! I purchased a 09 CRF230m that the guy used for stunting and it was clearly wrecked multiple times while riding it. The Honda CRF230m was in ROUGH shape it need a top end, new forks, a crack welded up with new foot pegs, Mirrors, choke and clutch lever, ton of electrical work including tailight, headlight, instrument cluster, left handle bar controls. This was a fun wrecked bike rebuild I hope y’all enjoyed! Y’all stick around for more I have a lot more wrecked bike rebuilds and crazy projects in the near future!

Instead of the heat gun. Try sanding it and using "dupli color plastic adhesion promoter" itd basically acetone in a spray can it'll melt it perfectly. Better and easier than using heat gun

Where did you get the big bore kit? The ones I find say crf230F and I read that the F engines are different than the M engines.

Hello ben Love your work..you are a very skillful person... Would had been better if you had checked the valve clearance and properly jetted the carburettor as you put on an after market air filter which might have probably made the AFR lean...or you can simply use the OEM air6filter or a stock replacement... Love your dedication mate Cheers!!!!

This actually came OEM with a DRZ similar headlight, I just hate the square so this is a Chinese made Kawasaki style headlight.

@@donaboutit6568 Looks like you’ve got your clutch pressure mixed up with kick stand switch or neutral switch
