Wow Benji, your monthly grocery bill must be a whopping figure seeing that you have to feed a family of 8. Guess it'll be an even higher amount when the 3 older girls reach their teen years. Am speaking from experience as my teens are always rummaging in the kitchen looking for snacks and meals.

That looks delicious! I’m surprised 1 bunch of broccolini is enough for y’all, I suppose it is because you only use one bunch from all the videos I’ve seen. The cheese rind I’ll add to my Alfredo sauce and let the excess cheese around it melt off from it and I’ll also put it in my mashed potatoes. For chicken tenders there’s a tendon that runs down the meat. I like to carefully cut that out before cooking with it.

Definitely gna try this! Update: Tried it today! So easy!!! And delicious 🤤. I would’ve added more salt than I did but it was perfect consistency! Just gotta find the right gluten free pasta to go with the sauce. I used gluten free flour as well.

Water wash as opposed to what other method? Washing veggies with cold running water is a recommended practice to reduce dirt, debris, microbes, etc. Plus the veggies are being roasted at a high temp, so not sure what makes them still seem “dirty”?
