Nice edit, this is one of the better episodes as far as structure and content. You should do an episode with Ben going over his complete portfolio & how he manages his balance sheet/exposure. How much equity does he hold in cash vs finance, does he hold stocks or crypto with his extra cash reserves? What type of LLC’s did he setup for tax advantages? Where did he find his CPA/Lawyer? All would be real world helpful stuff to learn. The day to day stuff is awesome - would be cool to know the big picture of what he has spent his life building.
