Yep, that's why every big land owner has it registered as either a animal farm or tree farm cause it cuts your taxes. Buy 200 acres for $100k, put 2 cows out there, call it a farm, pay $1000/yr in taxes and in 20 years a developer comes along and gives you $10,000,000 for property you have $120,000 in.
