Before, millionaires couldn't monetize giving strangers advice on how to climb the ladder of wealth, but now it became too profitable. He makes money just by talking, phone calls, merch, KZbin payments, sponsors, people come to meet him and pay just to see him, easy to find tenants because potential tenants watch his videos and so on. He makes millions of dollars on being so "generous", giving "free" advice and having such a "big heart". It's all about money baby. This thing makes so much money that it might surpass even his main profit streams. He basically makes money out of air with this content
