Bert then looks at Chef Joshua (implied) to gain his opinion on doneness. Chef Joshua subsequently gives Bert (still partially off camera) his nod of approval on the doneness of said chickpea.

Thanks for having Josh on, i hate being a hater, but something about Benny Blancos mannerisms in this poscast screams that he feels this is beneath him, and it's making me upset and uncomfortable. If you didn't want to do the show and "You've got shit to do" like you said, maybe dont come on the show and stink up the place. Fans of bert have a lot of love and respect for him, and its insulting to hear that Josh is the only reason you came on Berts show, especially when speaking to his daughter about why you did it. Idk, hard pass on Benny Blanco, seen him in other stuff too, he always gives off a "I would definitely not chill with this dude" kinda vibe. P.S. Saying you will just have a pop tart on a cooking show when you were offered chicken instead of pork is a very transparent power move and you should have been removed from the set imo
