I feel that you're missing the point. Kendrick stooped this low because Drake went there (as you mentioned) and because he truly hates drake's persona and is trying to bring awareness to his actions. My view is that the pedo allegations and his morally corrupt crew are a topic that really bother Kendrick because it's the nr1 rapper being idolized and profiting while maintaining a dispicable behavior.
