BRILLIANT!!! Absolutely Stunning!!! What a gorgeous project to bring in the new year!!! I can't afford any of your eggs... I would buy several if I had the ability... My situation is unique... I can't just "go get a job" I'm not a felon, I am new to USA, I am a legal immigrant but cannot legally work yet. Still doing the lengthy legal process... It's hard.

I legit laughed out loud when you turned the pot around and played the snippet of Under Pressure 😆 As for the chunk you cut off... More keychains like the 30 minute challenge one you did a while back? Or... I don't know enough about working with wood and resin to know if this would work, just how thin can you cut and polish it? Because if you *could* slice that super super thin it would make a gorgeous bookmark.

Hi Ben! Quick tip- if you don't wait for full cure and do a second pour while first one in gelatinous stage- you won't have a visible seam and you won't need glue to have your objects in the middle, they will stick when placed on top of fresh resin. I use this all the time (I do it for a living) and recently I had to make huge cylinders with resin printed corn, cucumber, tomato and potato 1 to 1 scale. I used resin with 1 week cure time for 1kg pours so it won't warp, boil or crack, and still had to do it in 3 pours. There were no seams visible because I didn't wait for full cure, just made sure it's hard just enough to hold my objects in place. And for large pours like this you can use tabletop epoxy with longer cure times- 3, 5 or 7 days, depending on your volume. It won't warp or crack.

Hi Ben, I enjoy your videos, you do such interesting projects with resin. I noticed the ultrasonic cleaner you used for cleaning your 3D prints. I'm not sure if you are using isopropyl alcohol, methylated spirits or water for the cleaning (as there are some water washable printing resins). If using isopropyl alcohol it can be a fire hazard/explosion risk due to the alcohol vapors. As the ultrasonic works, the vapor can ignite if there is any faulty wiring on the machine itself or nearby. This is especially true if your machine has a heating function. An easy solution for this is to fill the metal bin with water, then put your prints in a plastic ziploc bag with the alcohol and seal it. The vibrations go through the water and into the bag without the risk of vapors escaping. I just wanted to let you know as I've been researching about ultrasonics for my own 3D printing needs. Keep up the great work!
