Bent Hood Repair...Bullnose 1983 Ford F150

Repairing a damaged hood 1980's vintage bullnose Ford F150. Utilizing a dolly to straightening out a dented in section, welding a cracked seam and filling in a shallow dent with weld.

Body work was always something I was interested in as a young teen. Unfortunately I never really had the opportunity nor was able to hang around a shop of guys doing body & paint to learn from.. next thing you know years go by.. you got a family to take care of and all you can say is the stars just never did align and it wasn't meant to be. If you still have the physical ability you could always tinker with a smaller project. I have never been a professional body man, but in watching all the custom truck builders on YT it inspired me to try my hand at more challenging projects! Thanks for watching my Friend and Happy Thanksgiving! 👍😁

Another one, you make it look pretty easy, like how you filled with the weld, and ground it to be smooth, it pervent having to use body puddy on it, which don't hold well on hoods. Happy Thanks Giving to you and yours
