I was wondering why recently I have been feeling not to go out of my way to save others in my outer reality and instead focus all the compassion I focus outwards towards myself. Because my outer reality is just the mirror. If I need to save anyone, I need to do it from within, and then the mirror will clear. I belong to those who choose to be nothing (as opposed to everything), as Bentinho mentioned at the end of the video. Every time I feel misaligned, I move into the center and mentally create scared geometry while being in its center. Thank you, Bentinho. This brings so much clarity.❤

There is no external or other, there is only God which therefore includes us, we are God, we are doing this, and we are not only doing our immediate experience but everything that happens is our doing even though from this individualistic perspective we might have no influence or control over something, we are that or we are the reason that exists, it is our doing. Most people are unaware they are the doer and instead react to everything from the perspective of not being the one doing it which creates a vicious cycle of creating something subconsciously then reacting to it but that reaction is also their creation then they continue in that pattern, to break the cycle is to realize you create what you experience to begin with, and if it’s not your immediate experience and therefore have no control or can’t help something negative then still not recognizing it as external or other and instead of creating something negative then creating a negative reaction and beginning a negative cycle instead seeing or imagining the best way a situation can possibly be and having the compassion to want to help.

someone actually used David Hawkin's Consciousness Calibration technique on Bentinho's teachings and they were a little below 200 - integrity starts at 200. Maharshi and Maharaj teachings were above 700 if I recall correctly. Anyway, the whole calibration scale may be bs, but you don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure out that a guy saying that "thinking" casues Australian forest fires and asks for money for "spiritual" advice is "not the sharpest tool in the tool shed" - as they say here in Australia
