No option for gravel/rock in soil properties

In Plant Foundation Mode I am only given the option for "Create Vertical Vessel Foundation" and "Create Heat Exg/Horz Vessel Foundation". How do I get the other two options? ("Create Tank Foundation"/"Create Drilled/Pier Foundation") Do I have to update my database and if so, how?
