Bento bag, lunch tote, or project bag sewing tutorial

I am showing my way of sewing the Japanese Bento box style tote bag. It is made of cotton and can be washed and reused for a long time. It is eco-friendly and sustainable. I use 2 layers of cotton but 1 layer will work too. Just finish the outline of the 2 triangles before continue. You can finish the raw edges by folding in twice and sew a line on top.
Optionally, sew the 2 corners in a 45-degree angle to create a flat bottom so the bag can stand up better.
I use 21 x 21-inch (0.53 m) square fabric but you can modify to any square size.
