I play clarinet, and I've gotta admire Fred for his awesome solos, not to mention Socalled. Actually, I can't help but to think that everyone there is in his element, you know? It's not just music, it's a freaking miracle to get a yiddish jazz band with a rapper and make it work. I mean WOW!

@SteamboatCamp the emperor in the movie "Amadeus" says something similar to the effect of what you're saying. after being asked what he thinks of mozart's new piece the confused emperor says... "it has too many notes." you should learn to accept the advancement of music in whatever direction it goes, and really hear it out before you pompously and ignorantly denounce the new and usually creative elements that change music altogether.
