@@benvedunya the best time to get on a matatu is during night,they are fine,he truly lied to you,if you want to try you can always go with one to the last stage and return with it back to cbd,he just lied to you from 6pm they dont even take 3hrs to go to and fro

Next time you should experience a matatu ride. If you don't like the loud music just request the crew to reduce the volume. Ensure to ask for the free onboard WiFi password if not displayed. The crew are very friendly and helpful too. Matatus are very safe and they have defined pick up points and defined terminal destinations. Enjoy Nairobi 🇰🇪🤝🇹🇷
