Recipe 1 - LENTILS SOUP WITH RICE AND VEGETABLES
Lentils, 250 g.
Onion.
Garlic.
Green and red pepper.
Carrot.
Pumpkin.
Zucchini.
Rice, 100 g.
Sweet and spicy paprika.
Cumins.
Laurel.
Salt and olive oil.
Recipe 2 - LENTILS WITH EGGPLANT AND PEPPER
Cooked lentils, 250 g (one cup).
A medium eggplant.
1/2 red pepper.
Black or green olives.
Olive oil.
Cumins.
Grain mustard (old mustard)
Apple cider vinegar or whatever vinegar you use.
Recipe 3 - LENTIL SOUP WITH PUMPKIN
Lentils.
Pumpkin.
Onion.
Tomato.
Carrots.
Garlic.
Olive oil.
Salt, pepper, cumin, paprika.
Recipe 4. - LENTIL SALAD
Cooked lentils, the ones you like the most: brown lentils, red lentils or large lentils.
Chopped red pepper, one tablespoon.
Chopped green pepper, one tablespoon.
Cherry tomatoes or normal tomato.
Purple Onion.
Fresh cheese.
Olive oil.
Lemon, salt, pepper, mustard.
