For an example; remove 3.5 hard drive storage add only 2 mounting slots for 2.5 SSD put atx power supply(with 1200W) aside and bellow top from the motherboard with fan heat going to outside with mesh on a sidepannel put two 140mm high quality to the front an one on the back on the front pannel put extra two holes with mesh for the fans on the back put only 4/5 slot's for gpu mounting shrink the case from the bottom as close to the gpu use better quality cables Thanks :)

Hey Be Quiet, I have bought the Dark Power Pro 10 1000W years when it was for sale. Fantastic product I have been very happy. However, the bearings on the fan are at the end of their life cycle now. Is it connected to the PSU with a 3 or 4 pin? The size of the fan is 140mm and a regular 140mm be quiet fan would fit as a replacement? Thanks!

Hello Be Quiet! I just purchased this PSU and when I turn of the power switch on the PSU why does my motherboard LED not turning off? How do I fully turn off the PSU?

You do not need to worry there, this is a completely normal behavior. If you turn off the power supply fully, capacitors & coils discharge completely. If you then turn the power supply back on after a while, these components are loaded with the inrush current, which leads to wear of the materials in the long run. For this reason, we have set the power supply to a 5V standby voltage, even if the toggle switch is set to 0, which ensures the longevity of the power supply.

Why are the rgb lights on my motherboard working even when the power switch is flipped to 0? Its a bit odd that the psu still delivers power to the motherboard. It seems a bit unsafe to me.

Hey guys but it's not compatible with the connector in some of the be quiet cases I just find out. And needed to take out the special connector in my new be quiet case.now I have a ugly gab on the back of my case. Do u have a solution for this ?? Its a very nice power supply.

I just ordered mine . Tomorrow it will arrive. It will power my hungry TUF RTX 3080 and my i9 10900KF, plus a legion of 12 ARGB fans(six are Lian Li Uni) (them alone consume around 50 W if not more :) ) . All of them could be installed in my O11 Dynamic. But if things go crazy and I want to expose the beauty of the PSU, I might use my other case: Phanteks Enthoo 719. And that case has in it 18, yes, 18 fans (a set of 6 will be used for push pull on my 360 Galahad).

@@DreamingPhenom Now I have more powerful fans. I have 7 InWin fans 6 for intake and one for exhaust and 3 EK Vardar for my Lian Li Galahad. I keep my 9 fans mostly on manual speed but technically silent and I can't hear the power supply in heavy loads. Also I believe that it's be sufficient for a future upgrade to RTX 4080. The power supply works just as fine as it did on day one . And I believe it'll mostly last even to the next full PC upgrade meaning after the GPU upgrade. Or I can upgrade when GTA VI will launch 'cause frankly there won't be a game any time soon that my current PC won't run well on it. PS: I setup my power supply on 'OC mode' aka one 12v rail. Better to be sure that the CPU and the GPU are receiving any kind of spike input . I've seen power supplies with enough power in wattage but with the lack of a good distribution(EX: what's the point of having 10 PCI Express cables but all of them with limited amperage) . Long live my power supply. I hope be quiet! will produce some cables extensions for the new GPU power plug(EX: I would hate to be stuck with that ugly Y splitter that Nvidia uses on Reference RTX cards).
