@@NeonBlueLight that’s because I’m chapter two, you see that the kings castle is all gone, so that dark world is gone. They traveled to another dark world that was right beside theirs and they sealed that fountain.

@@NeonBlueLight Remember the huge golden door Kris, Susie and Ralsei entered into to go to the field of hopes to the right of castle town? That's the dark world version of the door that separates the closet(Castle town) and the dark world in the old classroom(King's castle fountain). This can be proven by chapter 2 since at the beginning Ralsei tells Kris to go over to the old classroom to get everyone so Kris can transport them to castle town(the closet) from the King's castle fountain(old classroom). Plus Ralsei directly tells us that there was only 1 dark fountain(which can be seen in castle town) until another one appeared upon the horizon(King's castle), and as Queen has stated(and Ralsei I think) each dark fountain is it's own "world", which means that the closet's dark fountain is separate from the old classroom's dark fountain. Plus, when Kris seals the King's castle dark fountain the world in castle town ISN'T closed. Also, this second dark fountain, as described earlier is proven to be the dark fountain inside the old classroom, not in castle town. They are two separate areas. Plus, why would Noelle confirm that they were studying for a while before they got sucked into the dark world, and why were their books open on the table?

@@NeonBlueLight they went from the dark world in the Closet (the main one) to the dark world in the unused classroom. The only reason there was a door from the main world to the classroom was because they were beside each other in the light world as well. We woke up in the unused classroom because we were in that world when we sealed the fountain in the unused classroom. So that doesnt mean anything as to why they had their books open in the library

The biggest counterpoint to "Kris is the Knight" theories is that Cyber World was made while Berdly and Noelle were in the room, because they are sitting at the desk, and thus Kris couldn't have made the fountain. It's a matter of timing. But if this animation is actually what happened, that point is debunked as Kris _could_ have made the Fountain during the night before Chapter 2 instead of "just eating a pie" like many people believe they did. Not that I think Kris is the Knight, I think Father Alvin is, but still it's interesting to think about.

At the end of Chapter 1, didn't Kris and Susie wake up in a completely different room from where they entered the Dark World? If this logic holds true, then Berdly and Noelle ending up at the desk after walking into the dark room is not much of a leap in logic.

a small tid bit that i like about deltarune: yknow how in minecraft the overworld is 8X larger than the nether? where even placing a portal a bit away from the original takes you somewhere farther? i think we have the same situation in the dark world. which is why we see noelle almost straight after entering since she was right by the door, and why we see berdly much after. its probrably not true but its cool how the dark world can work

Here's my theory on what happened: You see when you seal the Fountain in Chapter 2 that Berdley and Noelle are at a table at the end of the room already? To me it just seems more like they were ALREADY in the room before the fountain was opened I mean, there is a closet for a large enough person to fit in

I think its implied the dark world was created after they started studying. A large person (the knight) could easily fit inside the closet and then open the dark word while Noelle and Berdly were distracted
