Loving someone from a distance: 1. make a conscious decision that although your relationship is intact with someone, the level of access or connection has been modified. 2. To love someone, but to choose that for the sake of your health, happiness or purpose, you must reposition them. 5 people you need to love from a distance 1. A person who lacks self awareness in your life 2. A person who won’t apologize and take accountability for there actions 3. A person who feels entitled to your time and energy. 4. A person who doesn’t respect you or display reciprocity 5. A Person who don’t value your purpose 5 signs to love someone from a distance. 1. They disrupt your Peace 2. They antagonize your Purpose 3. They don’t respect your Boundaries 4. They are incapable of loving you the way you need to be loved 5. You have to deny yourself in order to share the same pace with them. How to love someone from a distance 1. Assess and reassess there current access 2. Limited contact 3. Predetermined your emotional budget 4. Commit to not taking on there drama 5. Redefine your role and purpose in your life

One of the best sermons I have ever listened to. This is a kingdom sermon, straight from the mouth of God through you…to release us from the chains of trauma that have kept us captive to our wounded inner child. May God release everyone in this comment section.

Accept people where they are and place them where they belong. Don't stay too long where you don't belong. Love can not exist where boundaries and mutual respect lack. Perhaps, unhealthy attachment or codependency. Get liberated and protect your peace. It's time to move out of our own way!
@gdaniels54337 ай бұрын
I used to always cut people out of my life because they betrayed me to the point where I never thought I was going to heal. This teaching really blessed me. God use this to change my way of thinking in regards to how to reposition people in my life and love them unconditionally. Not everyone can have access to me, but I can still love them with the love of God but yet love them from a distance. In my mind, I started thinking of an orchestra. There are different levels to a orchestra. Some people will have first chair some will have second chair some will have third chair. Depending on what what chair I place you in will depend on what level of access I will grant you in my life.

I literally had to do this with my ex-husband today. We tried to just be friends since the divorce, but he's under such a heavy spiritual attack right now, plus the woman who he cheated on me with, he's trying to start a full relationship with her, and asked me to be his friend and support him in his decision. I said absolutely not! It's just been one gut punch after another, to see him and hear his voice, triggers anxiety for me. I made the decision today and told him that I do love you, but I'm going to have to love you from a distance. I can't in good conscience be his friend, and deep down I feel like he's still antagonizing me, by continuing to be with this woman whom he had an affair with, off and on towards the end of our marriage. I said it's not healthy for me in no way shape or form to communicate with you. He wasn't happy about that at all, but he made his choice, so I made mine.
@inspired81637 ай бұрын
You’re going to find so much peace in this decision. I had a similar experience and then I started to feel bad that I was being distant so I prayed and ask God to truly show me what forgiveness is because maybe forgiveness is allowing the same access and then this therapy Thursday came on my timeline so I feel like it’s confirmation that I need to continue to love from a distance and as do you, I’m praying for you.

1. People lacking self-awareness - bleeding, leaking on you, you find yourself carrying them, not walking with them, but carrying them, making excuses for them, dreading them... 2. Person who will not apologize or take accountability for their action - may be narcissisctic even 3. People who feel entitled to your time/energy. 4. Person who doesn't respect you or display reciprocity. 5. People who don't value your purpose.

Good morning, everyone. God bless every single person who tuned in. Therapy Thursday is truly a blessing. Setting boundaries and loving from a distant to keep our peace & sanity isn't wrong. Lord reveal to us your plan, help us to let go of things and people who are hindering our walk with you Father. You are not a God of confusion but of clarity, wisdom, and love. Teach us to walk in your image, and to have a forgiving heart. Lord we love you! Praise and worship your matchless name.

“Sometimes in order to love people well you have to make sure they’re in the right position. Because if you keep trying to force someone to be something in your life that they’re not capable, qualified,competent, or have the capacity, you’re going to continue to be upset and displeased at them and with them because you’re trying to force them into a role that no matter who they are and what they say they can fulfill.” 🙏👑🦋💕

It’s hard for me because of fear of wasting time in distance and not spending and enjoying life together fearing of losing them through death. They often feel like weight on my shoulders.
