Day 7 (I think) of giving useful tips: Phantoms will disappear in photos but still give you the ghost caption in the book. Demons won't lower your sanity at all when **SUCCESSFULLY** answering questions as opposed to lowering your sanity by 10%. You can silence the spirit box by turning it on and pick it up when somethings in your hand, but the spirit box will still work. I gave 3 tips because they were all very short.

You seem to be ignoring the fact that more so, the last thing that would always be said before the 'demon' started hunting was specifically, "You deserved what you got here", not the part about, "Your mother doesn't love you", though they could coincide because in all cases shown in this video it started hunting right after saying one after another: "You mother doesn't love you. You deserve what you got here". Just saying, but that may actually be something they added in, though you'll have to test whether it's the first comment, the second, or both that instantly trigger the ghost to start hunting, (it may also be a 'demon' specific trigger, though, all of this is still just an untested hypothesis).
