I actually have all three of these, all from Langdon w the Centurion having an optic cut and the 92 Compact being the LTT version w out the Vertec grip. Love them all. My favorite, however, is the PX4 Compact Carry-it’s what i shoot the best and as someone who mostly shoots Glocks and striker fired guns, I found it to be the easiest transition. Purely my own experience.

The PX4 Storm Compact Carry is my favorite, tomorrow I will use it in the Club Steel match and it will be a great time for sure.

I can proudly guess your issue with the PX4. The recoil. Though light, it goes straight back, unlike any Browning action. The grip can feel "girthy" too. I'm a Beretta fan boy. I went 92xi and PX4 modded to a LTT Carry. Both are amazing. Totally different animals in a good way. But a good thing for you is you were able to decide.

My favorite is the Elite LTT Centurion. Love that gun. I also have an LTT slide cut for a red dot on it with a Holosun mounted.

I'm sure you have already done this but I would try different ammunition with the PX4. I have found that with certain guns different brands of ammunition and different weights definitely matter. Good luck

the trigger on my px4 was great stock but putting a 10# spring, the ltt optimized trigger bar and the 92 match hammer into it made it amazing.

BDU has a sale on LTT PX4 CC for just over $900...regular over $1200 at their savings. This is the full LTT custom, not just the basic trigger springs and cerakote. I just bought a new pew pew, so I cannot afford this offer as well...wish I could.

I have a 92LTT Centurion RDO and love except my support hand size lands right at the pivot point for the slide release and locks the gun back right In the middle of shooting. Trying to train around it but might have to give it up.

Have the Beretta 92X and 92X RDO Full Size. Range gun and nightstand guns, plus great fit and finish and a great looking pistol. But To big to carry. I carry a Glock 43X and sometimes a Glock 19 Gen 5 mos.

I had similar issues with the px4 storm when I first got mine. I don’t have the carry version, just the standard px4 but I kept shooting it and over time I got to be surgical with that gun. The recoil impulse is absolutely amazing:. I didn’t realize how great it was until I shot other guns later on. Sadly with ammo shortages and all this nonsense going on in the gun world, I haven’t been shooting much of anything for a good while now. Prolly couldn’t hit shit anymore lol.

Do not get the LTT optimized bar for the 92x RDO Centurion. The factory one is just as great. I checked mine... And compared with a NIB LTT bar. Centurion all the way!

@1776 or Bust Changed my trigger to a Volker. There was overtravel and reset spacing was more evident. I think the oem trigger and bar matched well but, start deviating and it isn't as precise.

Line up your sights to the target at the range close your eyes then shoot if your all over the place then it’s your grip while holding the gun you cloverleafed with the others. Put a grip sleeve on it and watch how it shoots
@scooter59402 жыл бұрын
So sounds like you installed the LTT "trigger in a bag", along with a lighter hammer spring, in the stock PX4 Compact Carry? Did you think the LTT parts made a meaningful difference in the weight and smoothness of the trigger pull? I was able to pick up a Compact Carry from PSA in the spring for $649 - they have since put the prices back up to where others are selling them (though there is a factory rebate in September). I shoot it pretty well (though not as well as my Sig P229 Legion, but that is a larger and heavier gun), but anything that would help with the DA pull would be welcomed.

Px4 grip is very small, if you shoot the 92 better even when yours has a worse trigger that could be why.

Your groups seem to be walking up and down; not side to side. Getting rid of the three dot sights would probably fix it. Or at least try really concentrating on ignoring the dot and using the post, or ignoring the post and using the dot. Try taping off the dot on the front or rear (or both) and see.
