My son and I both have the A300 Ultima Patrol and neither of us have experienced a single malfunction. We both have shot a pretty expansive variety of loads from the lightest birdshot to 3” magnum slugs. I’ve shot maybe 300 total to date. It’s an amazing firearm that has replaced my Benelli M1 Super 90 as my go-to-war shotgun.

I've had an A300 outlander, 26" barrel for hunting, for 7 years and have run thousands of rounds of every different type of ammo and have never had 1 single malfunction. It's been dunked, half of It's use has been below freezing, and I've only barely cleaned it maybe once a year. After this experience I'm sold on Beretta semi autos. Best in the business.

Just bought the Beretta a300 patrol for just under $1000. So far it's been a great gun. Ran a lot of low base small game/target ammo. Never an issue.

I LOVE my 300 Ultima Patrol for a while now and wouldn't trade it for anything! One of the differences that you didn't notice was the relieved loading gate on the Patrol, a nice improvement for the less expensive, but gloriously wonderful shottie. Thanks for the great vid, y'all!

I love my Outlander A300. Fantastic shotgun and very budget friendly. Shoots both heavier as well as light loads without any malfunctions. This tactical version looks great. Great video. 👍🏼👍🏼

I have one aswell. Best shotgun I've ever owned. Never had a single issue and I've abused it. I've had friends with Turkish shotguns, Winchester, Benellis, that have all failed often. The only other one I've seen that was fine were Remington 1100s. Those are nice too.

Got the 2nd gen of the 1301 tactical for 1200 bucks in the summer of 2022. If I was just getting my tactical shotgun now, I would probably go for the A300. But I can say the 1300t is one SWEET boomstick!

Just purchased this weapon today, can't wait to pick it up in 3 days. Holding my breath to see if Illinois comes up with any reason to decline the sale. Baretta reissued this model with a 5 round capacity to make it compliant. Seems like a great deal for the price. BTW, Mesa Tactical has a pistol grip that will directly swap with the original stock, should anyone be interested. Great video!

Last year I was agonizing over which Beretta to get, Bereli had both at good prices. After a couple days of watching reviews and flip flopping I settled on the A300. It was out of stock. Panicked and got the 1301 with 7+1 capacity for $1400 flat, pretty damn good deal. Couple days later A300 back in stock lol. Definitely don’t regret my purchase but that A300 looks sweeet. My buddy tried my 1301 and fell in love, maybe I can talk him into getting the A300. I honestly think it’s the better deal and non-Miculek types like us won’t be able to tell the difference.

Finally purchased my A300. Not stoked about the 15 day expected wait time for it to get to sportsman’s plus the then 10 day wait period so basically waiting a month for it but will be worth it in the end. Cant wait to put some rounds through it. Thanks Hickock for the awesome review. Definitely helped me make my decision.

I love this shotgun. I have several of these and have never had a hiccup. It shoots just about anything I have tried. Low brass economy runs, but I am sure if I only use that I will eventually have an issue. Have over 1500 rounds in all of them and no problems. Tiger stripe is an awesome look.

I've owned the a300 for a while now. It's great with 2 negatives. 1. The strap mount in the stock is too deep and won't work with a lot of popular brand's QD hardware. 2. The plastic barrel clamp is cheap and will come loose over time. Minor issues that can be solved. It's a great gun.

@@snoopxdoug I tried that but it didn't seem to work for me. I also had trouble with the mount up front. The qd popped out too easily. It was a Magpul sling so it wasn't exactly cheap junk either. Maybe they just aren't compatible.

​@@blm50881was it the MS4 sling? There are tons of counterfeit going around. They take a real MS1 and cheap fake hardware and multipoint claps. I got a fake one and real one. The only difference was the springs on the fake QD were weaker and they slipped out of 50% of my sockets.

A300 definitely for the money but mossy 930 spx/jm pro for budget semi plus the safety mainly just 1psling/light/heat shield/Velcro side caddy’s(5rd cards best),and few Walmart mens Fanny packs 30+/18 add 550 cord pull tabs good to go

I have an A300 clay gun, I load my own ammo and also use taylor made. Cycles everything I throw at it.
