This is no way legal advice. As far as I know, there is a nationwide injunction on the pistol brace rule. You might want to do some research yourself, and find out what you local law is regarding braces. With that said, my understanding is that yes you can.

Dang! That is a tough one. I would go with the APX. More modern amenities. Only reason though because the AP5 is 🤌. A classic.
