Been feeling a bit flat of late with employment and run down to the ground. My body has a cold which is telling me to stop, just grabbed some in essence bergamot from my local chemist , now diffusing it and ready to do my resume up and feel the good sunny vibes that bergamot will bring.❤

Hi Adam, just wondering about the use of this EO. You mentioned if we use it on our skin ( 2 mins 25 sec approx), not to go into the Sun for a few hours afterwards, but then a little later in the video, you mentioned that we can put it on our hands, draw in the sunshine from the Eastern facing window and put the Bergamot on our hands to inhale it to bring in fresh beautiful new energy ( 5 mins 45 secs approx), so I am a little confused about the sunshine and use of the Bergamot. It certainly is a beautiful smelling EO, that I have not really used until after I watched this video, and you're spot on, it does make you feel wonderful ! I just wanted to clarify exactly what is the best way to use it when it comes to being in sunshine :)
