I admire you for your great technical and manual ability in repairing these micro-mechanical objects (as an enthusiast I can say that in a certain way all mechanical watches are masterpieces of mechanics, maybe I exaggerate but I feel like saying it), unfortunately I do not have this ability at all. I noticed that the days of the week on this watch are in Italian. Isn't? A big ciao from NW Italy.

Thank you very much for your kind words and it’s always great to meet a fellow enthusiast who shares the admiration for these miniature mechanical marvel. I don't know how every watch was engineered, but it's like becoming a Ronaldo 9 and winning world cup, when it finally starts to tick and keep good time. @@Noob.Watchmaker Same as you: mainly vintage mechanical ones... Done from RAW flea market with 2 different Anker Automatic (Felsa 4002 and Förster 222), Junghans MEGA (needed cleaning, new antenna strap and battery), EXQUISIT (FHF 25) and EPPO (Otero 144) from Pforzheim , a SEMPERTALIS from Tenor & Dorly SA with ETA 2789. and a old Poljot from end 50s. Waiting: RUHLA Quartz with 28-40, another RUHLA (handwind UMF 24), another ANKER (handwind, Förster 152), a HANHART stop watch, and a DUGENA electric (ETA-ESA 9154). But newbie as well, so constantly learning ... and therefor watching others ;-)

​@@IdunaPicturesI see a lot of German watches. My fav german movements are from PUW. I didn't have much luck repairing DDR period Ruhla watches as they often have only a few jewels. And sourcing broken parts ended up costing more than the watch itself, hehe

But Ruhla are so simple, and impressive felxible if you imagine, how many watch models RUHLA has built just on one caliber (M24) with few part variations... Being part of a bigger Ruhla fan community and having a lot of (cheap) spare part watches it's not too bad to service and repair them..

Hello~ the unit itself is called TGBC timegrapher. It is basically a usb mic installed within the plastic vice. I pair it with my PC + Watch -O -Scope software. It works very well and the mic costs only around 15 E, but you will need a PC to run this set up / a smartphone with a timegrapher app

Hello, I have the finger cots, but I only use them when I assemble the watch. Do you recommend using them for disassembly as well?
