The Berlin International Aerospace Exhibition (ILA Berlin) opened in Berlin, the capital of Germany, with the theme of “sustainable transformation of civil aviation”.
Organized by Messe Berlin every 2 years at the Berlin Exhibition Center at Berlin-Brandenburg Airport (BER), ILA Berlin, which is attended by aviation industry representatives from 30 countries, will host its visitors until June 9.
The fair will be open only to commercial visitors until June 7. On June 8-9, anyone with a ticket will be able to visit the fairground.
ILA Berlin is recognized as the largest fair in Europe in its field. This year, about 600 companies from 29 countries are participating in the fair and 4 companies from Turkey are also participating.
ILA Berlin, the leading trade fair for sustainability, new technologies and innovation, is known as a meeting place for international aviation industry representatives, policy makers, armed forces and scientists.
This year's ILA Berlin, which is organized under the headings of “Aviation”, “Space”, “Defence & Security”, “Suppliers”, “Advanced Air Mobility”, “Talent Hub” and “Start-up”, covers the entire value chain of the aviation industry, while the topics discussed include climate-zero emission aviation, new mobility, digitalization, supply chain stability and sustainable transformation of civil aviation.

Emirates kommt jedes Mal zur ILA nach Berlin, obwohl sie seit 2002 kontinuierlich abgewiesen werden. Warum eigentlich. Der Platzhirsch Lufthansa der gar keiner ist - zumindest nicht in Berlin - bietet ja auch keinen Nonstopflug von Berlin nach Dubai an. Diese 3x pro Woche mit Discover in einem kleinen engen A 320 kann man doch nicht Ernst nehmen.
