Definitely, Jae@@balancedrunner - I did give that thought as I reflected on your video and this morning on my 5-miler, which went better (smoother and gradually faster) than any recent runs. Paying attention to rotation always helps my breathing, as you advise. I also noticed that rather than consciously 'trying' to rotate all the way down through my pelvis, it worked far better when I remembered to let it happen naturally (by relaxing and picturing it already happening).
