Select members of the Berliner Philharmoniker led three days of master classes focusing on orchestral repertoire and audition preparation. Participating young artists had the opportunity to sit on stage with the orchestra during their dress rehearsal and attend the Berliner Philharmoniker in performance, led by Sir Simon Rattle in Carnegie Hall.

I cant physically comprehend how she plays with both that embouchure and her horn on her leg. But it sounds good so i guess it works!

AWESOME INSTRUMENT ! I know that it IS a very difficult instrument to play correctly. Knew a guy in HS, who made it into Carnegie and every time that i walked past the band room in Junior High, he was in there practicing. Please make more videos. thank you

When I hear this passage, I also "hear" the strings going over it. It is indescribable how beautifully this instrument adds to the total sound. Sanjosemike (no longer in CA)
