I’ve noticed that as well. It is the carbon full suspension has a bit of a creek in it. I would recommend that he would spray the linkage with simply green degreaser and let it set for 10 minutes exactly. After that, he would spray it down the linkage with water. Afterwards, he should put triflow on each linkage point to make the ride creek free.

Hey Seth, Couple months ago i was riding a department store bike and didnt even know how to wheelie, manual or stoppie. At some point I bought a good mountain bike and started to hit my local trails(in quarantine). Now I've progressed so much that i can ride black diamonds(and double) with ease and can hit jumps the size of A-line. My fitness level has also went up dramatically. Best investment of my life! Edit: Also i forgot to mention that the reason I got into mtn biking is that I got recommended a berm peak trail building video and Seth became my favourite youtuber.

Hey Seth, I've been in the market for a new mountain bike for a LONG time now, and I haven't been able to nail down the right one, if that makes sense. I've looked at Trek, Cannondale, Giant, and many others but I don't really know what makes a mountain bike quality! Anyone on this forum could really answer this question. "What mountain bike should I buy, and what makes a mountain bike quality?" I'm looking to purchase a hardtail, and I live in the Colorado area, so trails can get pretty technical. I am 6'1" and weigh 200 lbs, so I assume my frame would be an XL with 29" wheels. My price range is no more than $1,000. Also, if the bike could be shipped, that would be preferable. I would really appreciate any suggestions or recommendations for bikes to purchase. Again, I've been looking for a long time, and I figured asking here could be worthwhile. Thank you so much for your help!!! -NL

@@Michael-hn8bo Fortunately, you can reasonably ride in 90°-100°F heat here, provided you have plenty of water and some electrolytes. The air is dry, so perspiration rapidly evaporates to cool you down. That water supply is critically important! Now, living in Arizona? When rocking the bike back and forth the pads can move around inside the brake caliper. This can make you think your headset is loose but in reality nothing is wrong. This usually only happens with those hydraulic two finger brakes on the cheaper side of things.
@willmauney96094 жыл бұрын
Also, on less expensive forks, they can sometimes flex or have some play, giving the impression of a loose headset.
@hunkyheyward4864 жыл бұрын
@Will Mauney tell me about it haha I work at a LBS and those cheap ass forks are the most dangerous component. All it takes is a shitty weld to brake and then the lowers can just fall off.

Because “QUAD” & “Bi” or “Di” are prefixes. 🤔 hmmm, and why did i say 4 “wheeled bike” instead of QUADCYCLE or TETRACYCLE? Also, why do we say TRICYCLE a tricycle and not TRI BIKE or TRI MOTORCYCLE? Why it is called TRIKE for 3 wheeled but not QUADIKE for 4 wheeled? Jk

Most of your videos building a kicker ramp doesn't really specify, 'Types of affordable wood you can use, how to select a radius, where to support the ramp etc. If you uploaded a video on how to do this on any of your channels, it would be an incredible help to me and I'm sure, many others too. Most videos out there use plywood but I prefer the wooden plank approach that you use. Thankyou so much and I'm a massive fan of yours. I hope you see this.
