Bermuda in your Zoysia Lawn?

I'm doing this exact application today, I'm very nervous as it's taken two years to get the good looking zoysia lawn I now have...but I have to stop this bermuda that's popping up.

I made a new video on this 2 weeks ago. It is a monthy app (28-30 days apart) that should begin in June and contine until the bermuda goes dormant. Do not over apply, be precise! Dome zoysia cultivars will turn yellow but will recover.

I had success using this method but you have to do it every 28 days for two growing seasons.

Took me forever to find the report that showed the combination had a safening effect on the Zoysia. Unfortunately I have Zeon insted of Empire so even with the combo the Zeon gets hit pretty hard.

Very easy to over apply...fluazifop is about an ounce away from killing everything

I have Zeon too. Got Fusillade and set my yard back using .75 oz per gallon. Will try again next year at .10 oz per gal.

If anyone has common bermuda in zoysia use Acclaim extra selective herbicide. Works great but you have to stay at it. If you gave hybrid Bermuda this will not work.

The zoysia looks very thin and no where near as dense as it should be...to much thatch would be the first guess
