I don't know about that offer. From what I heard Hopkins offered 500k for this fight. I think Adamek would take the fight for 1.2 million in a heart beat. Bernard is a smart boxing mind I loved the way he answered the rest of those questions. I would like to see him be a trainer when he finally retires.

They started off offering him $500k, and then eventually upped t to $1.2M. No options. That's a pretty clean deal. Adamek balked and took a fight for ~ $200K.

500K might have been initial, low ball price talk to see where they take it from there, but, GBP then went back and offered $1.2, which Team Adamek balked on, instead opting to fight for $200k.

Thank you, people need to watch the 12 rounds and stop talking out of their arses, Hopkins won that fight, if we are talking about clean crisp punches that land, if we are talking about boxing, then Hopkins won, granted Calzaghe was throwing punches, and a lot of them at that, from what I gathered he landed very little that has any impact, maybe a quarter of his punches landed TOPS! Not that this means anything as every boxer is different but in the post conference look at their faces.
