What a legend. My parents used to go to the embassy club in the 80s. I would always wave to Bernard when I saw him in his white American car. In 1980s Manchester this was a sight to behold and he ALWAYS waved back!

I must say i never found anything offensive about Bernard Manning he was just a really funny comedian.
