When you first fall in love with the organ as an instrument it often is because of the grandeur of the sound that creates a kind of awe. But the beauty is often in the still small voice and as I get older I appreciate this so much more.

Never forget listening to this in St. Sulpice, Paris 20 years ago on a Sunday morning. It was a peak experience for me. Never understand why.
