Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I just bought a Q20 and B has a lot of videos but their too commercialized. Training goes so fast your head is spinning when the trainer leaves and you know you never remember anything they said... LOL. SO, this is really helpful, along with your "how to thread" videos. it's the simple things in life where you sometimes need the most help - you have to learn to walk before you can run. Keep up the good work, guys - love you!
