I have a 1300 MDC I have threaded and retreaded over and over and it runs but doesn’t form stitches?????? Frustrated

Julie- so sorry to hear you are having trouble with the 1300. If possible, it might be good to have a certified technician take a look at it. General rule- TNT (Threading, Needles, Tension) make sure that the needles are in the highest position and that the thread is seating into the tensions properly. If the machine is out of time--it will not form a stitch and a technician will need to reset the needle to looper timing.
