Can you use this on a B590

This video is for the overlocker serger machines and is not something you can use on a sewing machine since they are separate machines. A 590 is a sewing/embroidery machine

What about sewing a hem on a jersey knit tee? What adjustments is needed for tension, and presser foot pressure, and DF for knits hemming with coverstitch?
