Berry Compote • Lazy Cook

I love berry compote, a quick and easy way to elevate any recipe.
I made this because i have been craving for peanut butter and jelly sandwich, it is also good toppings for pancakes and waffles.
Ingredients:
400g of frozen berries
1 tbsp of water
1 tbsp of sugar
half a lemon juice
Enjoy!

i would recommend to finish it within a week but you may freeze it if you wish to keep it longer ;)
