Berry Tiramisù

Perfect Xmas dessert for those of us downunder, it is the height of berry season Xmas week. I’ve made one using berries, as I made the ladyfingers from scratch which enabled me to pipe it to the exact dimensions of the dish I was assembling it in. Though if I’m lazy I’ll just buy ladyfingers from the supermarket.

For the cookies, I like to use pepperidge Farm sandwich cookies... Dark chocolate, raspberry, etc. It brings a little different flavor than just a plain lady finger
