I lo ved when you do eggplant recipes i love it so much. My favorite is eggplant parmesan. I love ground beef snd pork meatballs with my spaghetti. From scratch only ❤ I love small pastas eith lots of butter and parmesan reggiano cheese thats my sauce light and plain especially on pastina. Msybe you could do s show on tiny pastina 😊with just i butter sauces.love u lidia

6:31 Indeed ! Because for example many people in America use, with a certain sauce, any kind of pasta. For many Americans it seems as if all pasta is the same. It is no coincidence that we in Italy have so many types of pasta, because each type of pasta is more suitable than another type for a certain sauce.

In Egypt and arab world, the mixure of stirred/fried eggplants, tomato sauce, garlic with or without meat, we call it Muskaa. It's a very delicious plate. I'm trying to figure out how it's gonna be with pasta. Thank you for your dishes and the memories and the comfort you bring with your show.
