Berserk is and i´m 100% sure will always be the most beautifully drawn manga of all time. The dedication this man put into his work from start to end is incredible and he really created a masterpiece. It makes me so sad Berserk didn´t get a worthy Anime adaptation it really deserved one and we won´t ever see where he would´ve taken the story. RIP Kentaro Miura you will be missed. Great job on the video it´s a amazing tribute to Berserk and especially the transitions towards the end are amazing and probably took a long time to choose all the right pictures but it was worth it much respect to you too.

Berserk didn´t get a worthy anime adaptation because that shit can't be adapted, Miura's drawing technics, in terms of shade and black&white are too high. Almost sure novel adaptation can be 100% better than an anime one.

@@kuzvn_ the golden age movies looked pretty good but the Anime adaptation after that was bad. It doesn't have to be perfect i'd be satisfied if they would just animate the rest after the golden age movies in that style. Sadly i don't think that will ever happen. Like you said it isn't possible to make a 100% accurate adaptation but at least golden age level would be nice.

@@undead_ban_kai9154 yeeh, agree with you man, even the first adapation was good (1997 not sure), movies were also goods, even with all those CGI, but the 2016 adapation lmao, such a disrepect from that studio. Without the first adapation we wouldn't have know the incredible Guts theme - 4Gatsu

@@kuzvn_ yes i found the original Anime adaptation around 2009/10 and really loved it. When the golden age movies were released i watched everything again and was hyped to see what happens next. I only started reading Manga a few years ago so i had to watch the 2016/17 Anime adaptation to know what happens next. I love Guts theme it's so well made and Guts quickly became one of my favorite Anime characters. I really hope Berserk somehow still gets a good adaptation

I recently bought my first manga ever, one part of Berserk. I've read the entire thing previously online, but actually sitting there with the book in my hand looking at the images was when I realised actually how beautifully its drawn. I've been having a lot of fun with breaking down the inking and shading and figuring out how I could make something similar in my own drawings. Every page I look at just makes me apprechiate the work that was put in to them more and more

Miura put so much detail into the art that he would (if I recall correctly) zoom in and colour in the pixels somthing which no one can see on a page of manga so yeah berserk is art and it took 32 years to make
