My daily routine: - I wake up in the casino, spin the wheel, at 1000 chips to my account - Then I go to a stash house and see which business gets some supplies - Then go to Mutt (Dax), buy supplies and double the speed of the acid production. - Then I go to the night club, deal with a VIP or troublemaker - Then I go to the Salvage Yard, do a towing mission and if it is over 4km (2.5miles) I won't bother and I blow up the truck (3 grenades). Unfortunately, Rockstar put a cooldown timer on these missions, so you can't do a new one immediately (shame on you Rockstar). Do 2 of these missions as fast as you can. - Then I head to my bunker, drive my ammo truck somewhere - And lastly, I find a place to stand still to AFK and wait 2-3 hours and head back and redo it all again and check my safes. Also, make sure you aren't a CEO or MC President when AFK. For sure there's a better way to make lazy money, if so, let me know 🙂

8:45 Before you buy supplies for anything, go and hit the Stash house to see if that will supply what you need. All my businesses are full of product and supply, just sitting there, except for the Freak Shop and the Bunker, which are the only two I care to operate. I make sure both are empty of supplies and then I’ll go and hit the Stash House. That will supply one of the two businesses that have room for supplies.

side note, trouble maker NPC has 48 min/1 in game day cooldown and will fill out over 20% popularity per kick out, so 4 in game days covered by that simple thing, go to passive mode to 100% always get that event! bit info about bunker too, just earn 10 million dollars and then resupply bunker and assign staff to research only, then keep eye on progress as soon as it hits sliver of progress fast track it and youll be done in couple hours!

Yep the Equipment and Staff upgrade makes an incredible difference. Get that first, and all the available storages, and the 5 techs assigned to 5 businesses before getting the car garages for nightclub imo. Youll make way more money. The security upgrade isnt necessary, plus I like my car garage empty without a guy walkin around

The cheapest nightclub has some perks that the others don't. It's on the docks, very close to the Kosatka spawn for the Cayo Perico Heist & also has a runway to spawn aircraft right outside it's front door. It also has a vehicle warehouse, crate warehouse, & every MC business right next to it.

Nightclub is my favorite business but it’s should be your last business to buy. The safe isn’t worth it alone, you need all the upgrades and all 5 workers to make it viable.

as good as this is, it isnt the best way to use nightclub... NEVER buy djs..just wait 3 in game days (about 2hrs 30mins, youll have 145k in safe and can put passive mode on and just get the eject troublemaker mission...takes 10 seconds and u can maximise how much u earn (even afk just check every 2.5hrs)

Does no one realize the benefit of having all 7 businesses and not just the 5 most profitable?? With all 7 businesses you can swap your technicians to a different product without selling. And since Tony’s cut is capped at 100k, you should always wait til your value is over 1mil to sell. Also why is no one talking about how effective the missions for Yohan are?? Each mission pays you about 15k along with giving you goods, which most of the time will be cargo or weapons (the most expensive ones which also are the slowest to accrue passively). My method for making money is to just free realm and have fun and do a Yohan mission every 20 min (in-game cooldown time). Every time you do a mission you have to return to your nightclub anyways, so when I’m there I check my goods and if any are maxed I switch the tech to a different product. I only sell if more than 2 technicians are unable to work. Also you can sell to the daily street vendors to get more money and prevent your drug products stock from maxing out to prevent your technicians from running out of work. Doing this I’m able to do a sell mission worth at least 1.5 mil every few days

I would highly recommend you to get the clubhouse in the city, it's a very good spawn location and also you can knock out that bike delivery in literally 2 minutes and make 50k every time, I followed this guide before and regreted it later

why do we ignore investment needs? pretty sure every MC business with upgrades is 1M+ meaning 5 mil just for the MC biz, and then 2 Mil for Nightcluib ... once all done you can get 250K per safe loads (with high popularity) and in a week you might get a full warehouse for 1 Mil (ish)... then a terrabyte (for missles) and 5+ Paige Missions to save 2 mil on Opp mkII ... with upgrades add another 1Mil+ why not just buy Opp mkII without Nightclub and Terrabyte and stick with only machine guns (because it's the flying to save time why Opp mkII matters) 8 Mil for (base) Opp mkII vs 7Mil for Opp mkII with missles, +Terabyte costs, and nightclub costs and MC costs ... each one a Mil or more when selling drugs to street dealers most often it's not a profit, at best it pays for supplies ONLY. (unless you hunt down every street dealer every day as each one 'favors' a particular drugs which might give SMALL PROFIT at best. Since a base car worth having is likely priced 1+ mil, each full Cayo Heist = a car (with no mods) 4Mil (for cop car) to earn 25K per 5 min? 2Mil (Bonds) to earn 100K per day (or more) that would take a month before it even pays itself off grinding every day

Don't sleep on the salvage yard. Easy money, works similar to night club. Just have to tow 1-2 cars a day to keep the max pay rolling. having both businesses is the move

If you leave the night club and go into passive mode then re enter the club. It will always give u kicking out the trouble maker. Thus saving you way more time vs escorting the vip and it boost your popularity. 30 seconds vs 3+ minutes. Like this!!

Just curious. If I fill any of my businesses to maximum, and granted I'll need to use the vehicles provided to deliver those products, will i be able to get back to these vehicles fast enough to deliver all of the products with the oppressor mk2? I do this all by myself when delivering product but the business can not be full. It's normally around $50,000 to $80,000 worth of product. If it was full, I would never sell all of it. There's no good way to go AFK anymore so passive income sucks now unless you want to play for ten hours to make $350k from the Nightclub warehouse. TGG you should focus on a best active income way to grind. Obviouslt start with Cayo but then what?

It's not pointless. Without it, the raid timer starts once you reach 20% capacity and if you don't do any nightclub-related activity for 4 hours, you get raided. With the upgrade, the timer doesn't start until 40% capacity and you have 8 hours. If you're still getting raided with that, sounds like a skill issue. It's not that hard to interact with the nightclub once every 8 hours.

Literally so long as you are changing the DJ every hour or so this place just throws money at you. And of you have all the MC businesses or hunker and warehouse you basically have a million or more adding up Im the background while you grind out other things. Since the bounties update came out I've been making almost a million an hour and most of it is from passive income alone

Whenever it's time to promote the nightclub, I go into passive mode before entering so I can get one of the three throwing out person popularity missions so that I don't have to deal with the dreaded posters, blimps or flyers in the air missions. 😅

Those are different missions. Passive mode lets you avoid having to drive the VIP to the hospital/rehab from the NC. The posters,blimps etc. are seperate from that and aren't really impacted from passive mode.
