Comedian Bert Kreischer is one of the greatest partiers of all time-he was the real-life Van Wilder during his college years at FSU-but nowadays he's trying to balance the good times with fitness. To help him on his quest, brewmaster Sam Calagione introduces Bert to the joys of beer yoga at the Yoga Loft in Manhattan Beach, CA. But before they attempt to find the ultimate beer-drinker's yoga pose, Sam takes Bert on a trip down memory lane via a tasting of retro regional lagers.
