You just earned yourself a new subscriber! I just FaceTime 10 family members. I told them to watch you. They are living in Dallas, Huston, C.C., San Antonio, Port Arthur, and I’m in Northeastern Louisiana. It’s already thundering and lights blinking! I think will get a strong thunderstorm but im ready for power outages. Generator ready, 3,500 watt portable charger, 7 motion lights in the bathrooms, halls, and kitchen, plenty of quick meals for air fryer, and 6 5 gallon jugs of water. Yard is clean, plenty of gas for generator, and my safe ready. Im READY for this hurricane season 😂! Went on vacation for 2 weeks in May to avoid all of this.

As someone from Livingston, they are still adamant that they will have them finished before too much rainfall. Growing up there, they have been fairly up to snuff on the dam and I can only recall 1 or 2 instances of anything in 30 years. Lots of folks live down in the bottoms below the dam and further down the Trinity. It would be absolutely devastating if it failed.

Hey Mark, love the channel, been a subscriber for over a year. The reason I watch you is because you dont normally get hysterical with 3 or 4 or 5 videos a day with stuff like a mediocre hurricane! You need to dial it back down and realize that there is NO catastrophe with millions of lives at risk. This happens every year, and is nothing compared to the damage of tornados. Hurricanes have weeks of notice not minutes, and everybody rebuilds in the flood zone after the hurricane passes! Its time to look at your models from 7 days ago and realize that plus or minus 150 miles of coastline for landfall is not a panic new story. Love you man, got to keep it real.
